1. Program Participation: By enrolling your child in the Princeton Youth Leadership Program Toastmasters Program (the “Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program is designed for educational purposes only, and participation is voluntary. The Program organizers, instructors, and associated entities (collectively, “We”) strive to provide all participants with a safe and engaging learning environment. The fee that we collect is not a program fee per se, but meant to defray any administrative expenses such as food, beverages, and class supplies as well as to support graduation event expenses. Local volunteers run the entire Program and they are not compensated monetarily.
2. Supervision and Safety: We have taken steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in the Program. Please ensure that parents and guardians follow all drop-off and pick-up instructions. In general, parents should ensure their child has safely entered the building before leaving the premises. If you cannot timely pick up your child, please notify the mentors and Program administrator promptly. You should stress to your child that he or she should always remain in the school premise at all times and not venture outside. We are not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the Program.
